What You Need:

-1/2 yard tan felt or fleece.

-1/2 yard felt or fleece in a colour of your choice.

-Small pieces of different coloured felt.

-Thread in the colours needed.

-Fabric scissors

-Sewing machine/needle.

-Fabric pen

-Large circular object (laundry basket)

-small circular object (cereal bowl)

-A stuffing material of your choice.

Doughnut Pillow

 

Method:-

Step One: Fold the tan fabric in half and using a fabric pen, trace around a large, circular object from your home (like a laundry basket). Cut out the two layers of fabric at the same time.

Step Two: In the middle of the circles you just cut, trace around a bowl to make the inside donut hole. Then cut out the opening.

Step Three: Now trace the large circle onto the frosting-coloured fabric, cut out the circle, and trace a bowl in the middle like you did in step two.

Step Four: With a fabric pen, draw a free-form shape on the fabric to look like frosting dripping down the doughnut and then cut out the shape.

Step Five: Cut out sprinkle shapes from the different coloured felt and using the same coloured thread sew them onto your frosting felt.

Step Six: Finally sew the frosting onto the felt but leave a small opening to stuff it. Then sew it closed.

Mason Jar Vases

What You Need:                                                          Method:

-A mason jar.                                                              Step One: Wash out the Mason jar.

-Paint in a colour of your choice.                            Step Two: Paint the jar and leave to dry.

-Glue.                                                                           Step Three: Paint a layer of glue.

-Paint brushes.                                                           Step Four: Add in flowers.

-Fake or real flowers of your choice.

Clothesline Photo Collage

What You Need:

-String

-Tape/ Thumbtacks/ Nails

-Clothes Pegs

-Fairy Lights

-Photos

Method:

Step One: Chose your pictures and print them off.

Step Two: Hold your string across your wall or the space you chose like the back of a door then measure and cut.

Step Three: Use nails/ tape/ thumbtacks to hang the string on your wall/ door. Make three or more of these lines.

Step Four: Wrap fairy lights around the string before you hang your pictures

Step Five: Using clothes pegs hang your pictures evenly across the string. You can also decorate your clothes pegs using marker or paint.

Mod Podge Disney Letter

What You Need:

-Wooden Letter

-Mod Podge/Glue

-Disney Pictures

Method:

Step One: Use scrapbook paper to cover the wooden letter.

Step Two: Cut disney pictures to size and using mod podge (glue) cover the letter.

Step Three: Add a final layer of mod podge over the whole letter to seal it.

Step One: Remove the glass out of the picture frame.

Step Two: Paint the back of the frame, the wood, with blackboard paint.

Step Three: Leave to dry.

What You Need:

Method:

Step One: Wash out some old soup cans.

Step Two: Paint them using a colour of your choice and tie them together sing decorative ribbon.

What You Need:

-A Frame

Method:

Step One: Cut straws to size and place them in the shape of the letter you want to use.

Step Two: Once you have the shape you want glue them onto a piece of coloured card and frame it.

Extension Lead Box

What You Need:

-A Shoe Box

-Decorative Items; Ribbon, Lace, Paint.

-Scissors

Method:

Step One: Get an old shoe box and decorate it any way you like.

Step Two: Cut out small circles near the bottom of the box and spread them evenly across.

Step Three: Cut a larger circle out at the back of the box for the extention lead wire.

Step Four: Place the extention lead inside and pull all the leads through the different holes to prevent them from tangling.

Phone Case

Method:

Step One: Buy a plain white phone case.

Step Two: Using diferent coloured markers decorate the phone case any way you want.

Step One: Cut any quote from cardboard.

Step Two: Cut out magazine pictures to size.

Step Three: Using mod podge/ glue stick the pictured to the cardboard letters and add another layer of mod podge/ glue over the letters.

Fairy Lights
What You need:
-Colourful paper cups
-Fairy Lights 
-Cellotape


 

Method:
Step One: Punch holes in the centre of the bottom of each cup, not too big.
Step Two: Place the heads of each bulb of the fairy lights into the hole.
Step Three: Use the tape to secure them in Place.
